Compensation :

$110,000 - $175,000 yearly

• Personnel Management (growing and maintaining the culture, taking care of the people)

• Budget, Accounting, and Forecasting

Qualifications :

• You have run a law firm and have been involved in strategic growth plans in the past
• You don't take yourself too seriously and genuinely enjoy working with your colleagues
• 5+ years of experience in operations management (recommended)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• US Work Authorization, Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
