A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (East) to drive customer adoption and provide technical guidance for their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questions
Develop trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
Help customers create Success Plans and measure their achievement of key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices, with relevant CSP-level certifications preferred
Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
