Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an administrative focus. In this unique role, you will blend nursing insight with administrative acumen to contribute to the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring a high-quality living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :

  • Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling for residents' medical visits.
  • Assist in managing residents' medical records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle phone inquiries, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in the preparation and maintenance of reports and other administrative documents as required.

Documentation :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for our residents.
  • Document communications with healthcare providers, families, and other relevant entities.

Communication :

  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in care conferences and family meetings, providing insights and updates on administrative matters related to residents' care.

Education and Health Promotion :

  • Educate residents and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and other relevant topics from an administrative perspective.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of wellness and recreational programs for residents.

Team Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of high-quality care and smooth administrative operations.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance and Quality Assurance :

  • Adhere to federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the state board of nursing.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an assisted living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of our residents.

Hours :

Monday - Friday : 2pm -10 : 30pm
