JOB DESCRIPTION A law firm with multiple locations, including in Greenville, S.C., is expanding and currently searching for multiple attorneys in its Wilmington location.
It is currently looking for three attorneys :
1. Family Law Attorney
2. Civil Litigation Attorney
3. Estate Planning Attorney
Job Title : Family Law Attorney
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing law firm in Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in family law and will be interested in expanding the firm's family law practice in our Wilmington office.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.
Responsibilities :
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and domestic violence cases
Draft legal documents, such as marriage contracts, prenuptial agreements, divorce papers, and child custody agreements
Represent clients in court during legal proceedings related to family law matters, including divorce trials, custody hearings, and adoption proceedings
Negotiate settlements between parties involved in family law disputes, helping to resolve conflicts outside of court when possible
Conduct legal research on relevant laws and court decisions that may impact clients' cases
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the legal process
Participate in marketing and business development efforts to expand the firm's family law practice in Wilmington and the surrounding areas
Qualifications :
At least three years of experience in family law
Strong understanding of family law and related legal procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who is highly motivated to perform excellent work
Existing portfolio of clients is a plus
Salary : Salary will be commensurate with experience and an existing portfolio of clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the legal process
Participate in marketing and business development efforts to expand the firm's civil litigation practice in Wilmington and the surrounding areas
