Job Title : Treasury Analyst

Duration : 10-Month Contract (potential for full-time conversion)

Location : 100% Remote

Pay Rate : $40-$45 / hr W2 (Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, LTD Insurance)

Join us as a Treasury Analyst and contribute to driving excellence in financial operations, with a focus on liquidity forecasting and managing a diversified investment portfolio across major asset classes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Liquidity Forecasting : Lead the forecasting function, ensuring accurate and timely liquidity analysis to support business needs.
• Investment Portfolio Management : Support the management and analysis of a diversified investment portfolio, covering not only cash investments like CDs and money market funds but also alternative asset classes.
• Business Intelligence : Enhance reporting and decision-making by leveraging business intelligence tools such as Tableau, providing insights into investment performance and financial operations.
• Cash Operations : Oversee daily cash positions, ensure timely EFT payments, and maintain the Treasury Management System.
• Merchant Operations : Assist with the setup of new merchant IDs, analyze fees, and support merchant processors and stakeholders.
• Debt Management : Ensure timely payment of debt services, monitor project funds, and participate in debt issuances.
• Compliance & Reporting : Support audit, compliance, and due diligence efforts while developing comprehensive dashboards and reports.

What We’re Looking For :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of two years as a treasury analyst or in a similar finance role, with experience in liquidity forecasting and investment portfolio management.
• Technical Skills : Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau is highly preferred and may be a key differentiator.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Competencies :
• Strong understanding of investment instruments across various asset classes.
• Knowledge of fixed-income finance, lease contracts, and interest-rate derivatives.
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
