Sigmatech has an immediate need for multiple individuals to develop curriculum for USSF Guardians in the Space Power Disciplines.
Applicants should be Subject Matter Experts in their field, not just familiar with the subject area.
This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of space operations related material and lessons. Individuals will assist in the coordination, development and maintenance of space operations lessons, student learning levels, and delivery and measurement methods.
Travel is possible, but not probable.
Specific Duties :
Curriculum Developer. Design, develop, implement and maintain lesson plans and material within the USAF Instructional Systems Development (ISD) guidelines to satisfy government educational requirements. Interface with internal and external agencies and customer as required to maintain up to date education program materials.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Required Experience :
Desired Experience :
In depth knowledge of one or more USSF Space Competencies
Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent Joint Service or civilian course / degree
Required Education :
Master's degree from an accredited institution in relevant field (5 years of experience in a relevant field may be substituted for the education requirement)
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education / training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
