ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As an Account Sales Representative you are vital to our daily business operations, agency growth and customer relations.
You will grow our agency through meaningful client interactions, discovery conversations and acting as a liaison between our agency partners.
You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services.
- Provide Auto, Home, Condo, Life, Health and Disability insurance products to meet customer needs.
- Assist clients with policy questions and additional insurance and financial service products.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Auto / Fire and / or Health / Life Licensed is preferred
