We are seeking a client-focused marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development professional. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with expertise in partner marketing, sales enablement, and messaging development. This role requires a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deliver high-quality marketing assets, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ON THE A-TEAM :

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for clients and internal stakeholders, leading initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Develop compelling messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement assets to equip sales and partner teams for success.
  • Write, edit, and design a variety of sales and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and brand alignment.
  • Manage complex marketing projects, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Support events and partner programs by developing materials, coordinating logistics, and driving engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
  • Proven expertise in partner marketing, sales enablement, and messaging development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills with a portfolio of content that demonstrates creativity and brand alignment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, with strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

  • Frequent sitting.
  • Frequent use of hands to type, finger, handle, grasp or touch objects and tools.
  • Frequently is required to talk or listen.
  • Occasional standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, bending, reaching.
  • Occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
