Responsibilities
- Perform procedures for office activities such as documentation and filing, communication services, purchasing, facilities maintenance, and other support services in part or in whole
- Comfortable on the phone. Duties such as answering, calling, and talking to customers
- Manage and maintain office assets
- Coordinate administrative aspects to ensure the office is working efficiently
- Coach, mentor, and supervise administrative support positions
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks and respond to professional staff inquiries, while productively reacting to shifting priorities
- Responsible for coordinating office maintenance and activities, ordering supplies, organizing office files, storage, breakroom and conference rooms
- Handle essential tasks and perform other administrative duties as may be requested
- Position reports to principal
Qualifications
- 5 Years of background handling front office responsibilities.
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
