Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive care for elderly patients, with a focus on chronic conditions and preventative measures.Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate and efficient coding and charting.Engage in detailed patient assessments, development of treatment plans, and follow-ups.Ensure a high standard of care that keeps patients out of the hospital whenever possible.Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.Additional Information
Required Board Certifications : Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal MedicineMust hold a valid Missouri medical license.Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience post-residency, particularly in handling chronic care cases within community health centers.Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR system required.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.Apply now to learn more!
