BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Operator for an opportunity in Evansville, IN !

Position Title : Production Operator

Location : Evansville, IN

Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Expected Duration : 1 months with possible temp to hire

Shift : Mon- Thur 4pm to 2am

Job Type : CONTRACT (>

40 HRS WEEKLY) ONSITE

Pay Range : $19 -$20 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.

g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements :

• Warehouse Experience
• Forklift Operation

Job Description :

Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine.

Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery.

Records & reports production numbers.

Proficiency in usually reached in a few months.

Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment : Block Press Manufacturing, Block Stacking, Manual Bag Lifting, Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, etc...

Skills :

Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.

Must practice good housekeeping.

Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately. Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions.

Excellent Punctuality.

Solid communication skills.

Great interpersonal skills. Flexible.Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills.

Knowledge :

Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required. Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lb.
