Compensation : Our target hiring range is $115,000 - $136,000 plus participation in our Annual Bonus Program with eligibility for $12,000 bonus.

Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

Campminder's Flexible Working Location : Our employees have the option to work 100% remotely within the United States or their choice of days at home and at our office in Boulder, Colorado.

We host a variety of all-company hybrid meetings and social events. We require anybody working remotely to have a very reliable, high-speed internet connection.

This role's mission & overview :

As a Senior Product Manager at Campminder you will have passion for and strong abilities to envision, discover, design, and develop engaging experiences for Camp Directors, Camp Staff, and Parents.

You will operate in an environment that requires excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional team collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.

You will focus on applying creative and data-driven approaches to any challenge, leveraging customer input, your team's input, and our business and strategic context to identify paths and choose the best direction.

You will be in constant collaboration with customers, UX, engineering, and internal functional teams across sales, support, success, marketing, and leadership.

This Senior Product Manager position will be focused on guiding an engineering team to optimize Camp Director experiences with modern technologies, owning the strategic success of APIs / Integrations with Campminder for both customers and partners, and driving strategic success of specific strategic product initiatives.

As a Senior Product Manager on our Product team, you will :

  • Engage with customers to uncover and understand their needs
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to align your product vision and strategy with company goals
  • Collaborate with UX and Engineering to explore, design, build, and perfect features that drive our strategy
  • Empower GTM teams to effectively market, position, sell, and support your product areas
  • Live our core value of "Own It" by taking on any role necessary to deliver a successful product.

  • Technical prowess - you don't need to code, but you shouldn't be afraid of diving into technical issues.

  • 45 min- interview with People & Culture
  • 60 min- interview with Hiring Manager
  • 45 min- presentation and 60 min discussion with future colleagues on the Technology team
  • 60 min- interview with Dan Konigsberg (CEO / Founder)
