Qualifications and Skills EDUCATION : Graduate of an approved School of Professional necessary to obtain an LPN license as stated under special requirements.
EXPERIENCE : 6 months of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a clinical setting. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : Current state Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) licensure.
Must have the ability to attain valid certification to instruct in first aid / CPR procedures and medical certification, and provide proof of such.
Must submit to and pass sex offender registry check, and MO / KS child abuse & neglect checks. Must submit to and pass a criminal background check as prescribed by the Court.
