Key Responsibilities :

• Take Accurate Orders : Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve with Care : Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service : Anticipate guests’ needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a Clean Environment : Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
• Process Payments : Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Health & Safety Standards : Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
