Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available within a K-12 educational setting in Riverside, CA. This position specifically supports a maternity leave coverage from August through December, aligning with the 25 / 26 school year calendar.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide applied behavior analysis services tailored to K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure student success.
  • Maintain prehensive documentation and pliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Active BCBA license is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working within educational environments preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time, approximately 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Strong munication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
