Finni is looking for a BT / RBT!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home setting and community
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
- Attend team meetings

Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the fieldExperience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needsReliable TransportationMust have an active CPR CertificationMust be willing to become RBT certified within specific time framePhysical Requirements
