Salary : $18.75 - $20.53 + / hour BOE

Founders Ridge seeking Full Time, Part Time & On Call Caregivers ( Resident Assistant / CNA / HHA / Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide ) to join our team.

Founder's Ridge is also offering weekend package roles :

Base pay available for weekdays & TIME & A HALF base pay offered for working EVERY WEEKEND for 6 months Nursing Assistants - starting at $25.

27 per hour or higher based on experience!

Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours- total commitment is 24 out of 26 weekends.

Founders Ridge is a small close knit community of residents and employees, surrounded by the quiet West Bloomington neighborhood, close to highways 169, 494 and 35W.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts,
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
