Tactfully de-escalate customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the manager as needed. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management and other departments.
Perform other assigned clerical duties. Requirements for the Office Coordinator : 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience, with a preference for a home services background.
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical service work is a plus. Proficient computer skills, strong typist, and familiarity with phone systems.
Ability to demonstrate empathy and strong interpersonal skills. Reliability, drive, attention to detail, and collaboration within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective problem resolution. Capability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy.
