We are interested in hiring a Legal Case Manager to join our Personal injury Law Firm and take ownership of a number of new and existing cases.
Responsibilities :
- Managing a portfolio of cases.
- Gathering data and interacting with clients, their families, and the professional team.
- Assisting attorneys with research, plan development, legal documents, and financial forms.
- Working in accordance with relevant legislation and internal policy and procedure.
- Accurately updating and maintaining cases.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case information throughout the client's electronic document and record file.
Requirements :
- Experience working with clients.
- Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
