Property Administrator
Our client is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, onsite role where you will support the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in maintaining and enhancing our client's commercial real estate portfolio.
Your Responsibilities :
- Property Operations : Assist with day-to-day operations, including maintenance, security, and risk management.
- Tenant Relations : Act as a key point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Lease & Financial Support : Help with lease administration, abstracting new leases, managing rent collection, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate property files, including records for HVAC systems, roofs, and other building components.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for services and repairs.
- Communication : Serve as the primary administrative support for the Property Manager, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
