What you need :
- Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any State in the U.S is required
- Proof of United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance
The skills / experience we want to see :
- Experience designing new facility electrical engineering systems (based on customer requirements)
- Previous experience reviewing facility electrical engineering system drawings, specifications, calculations, cost estimates and studies for technical adequacy and sound engineering practice
- Resolution of technical issues with electrical engineering issues and concerns in existing facilities
- Designing alterations and modifications to existing facilities to meet changing demands
- Review contractor's submittals for electrical engineering systems to determine whether they conform to the requirements of contract drawings and specifications
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team environment and across functional boundaries
