This role primarily focuses on providing bathing assistance and fulfilling various Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties.

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2 : 30 pm.

Additional Benefits : $2.50 / hr location premium! Plus, a $2,500 sign-on bonus!

Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides essential caregiving services to residents in long-term care. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver personalized nursing care and daily living support based on the care plan tailored to each resident's physical and psychological needs. As a vital member of the nursing team, you will play a key role in adhering to infection prevention and control policies while providing assistance with :

• Daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs
• Psychosocial support and personal care
• Transferring, repositioning, and walking residents with proper techniques
• Food preparation and assistance during dining, ensuring a positive experience
• Documenting resident interactions, behavior, and care outcomes
• Helping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
• Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational activities
