Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage order fulfillment process (create picklist, print packing list, create shipping labels).
- Make sure all boxes and shipments have correct shipping labels.
- Record shipment data, (i.e. weight, charges, space availability, damages and discrepancies).
- Assures shipping counts match packing documents and assists in resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs for all products.
- Communicate with account managers to schedule freight pickups.
- Conduct inventory control and replenishment.
- Handle receipt and processing of returns, including inspection and categorization.
- Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of shipping / receiving or warehouse experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good communication skills and result-driven.
