Weare seeking an Inside Business Development Representative-Digital Sales to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part indriving business growth by actively hunting and prospecting for newopportunities, as well as closing sales.
Your expertise in the FreightForwarding industry, combined with your strong communication skills, willenable you to engage potential clients, build relationships, and delivertailored solutions.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Proactively hunt andprospect for new business opportunities.
- Cultivateand maintain strong client relationships, understanding unique needs andproviding customized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date withindustry trends and market developments to identify new business prospects.
- Closesales by effectively presenting value propositions, negotiating terms, andsecuring contracts.
- Utilize CRM systems totrack sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for effectivepipeline management
Skills / Requirements :
- Minimumof 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the FreightForwarding / International Supply Chain industry.
- Proventrack record in hunting and prospecting for new business.
- Ability to successfullyclose sales and meet or exceed revenue growth and achieving targets
- Solid experience usinga CRM system as well as MS Office Products
- Excellent communicationand negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influencedecision-makers and successfully close deals.
- Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail, effectively managing time and prioritizingtasks.
