A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing and HR generalist responsibilities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll for a multi-state U.S. and Canadian workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Administer HRIS and support HR programs, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
Conduct audits and assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate HR / payroll documentation
Qualifications
3+ years of payroll and HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-state or remote environment
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and employment laws
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Paylocity
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Solid background in HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, and compliance
