THE YANKOWITZ LAW FIRM , an established and expanding Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm, is seeking a motivated, ambitious, organized Associate Attorney with strong case management, writing, communication, and deposition skills for our Long Island office located in Great Neck, NY (on the border of Nassau County / Queens).
The ideal candidates will be confident working independently on cases and will :
- Manage an assigned case load;
- Conduct depositions;
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses;
- Prepare and attend mediations, arbitrations, and Court appearances;
- Conduct settlement negotiations.

Compensation includes an excellent financial opportunity commensurate with experience, bonuses, and salary raises for dedicated and quality work, as well as an excellent attorney fee arrangement for personal referrals.
Minimum Requirements : Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York State and in good standing.
