Digital Marketing Manager

Under their Money Transfer division, Xe and Ria Money Transfer have been brought together to help establish the third largest money transfer business in the world.

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will drive new international money transfer customers and innovation across digital marketing channels.

You will work closely with stakeholders to create content which speaks to our global audiences as we help to empower international lives.

You will help XE grow our digital marketing channels at scale, cost effectively.

Who you are :

• Support the management of digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Support B2B lead generation campaigns
• Support with tracking, measurement of digital marketing activities
• Monthly & ad-hoc reporting of key performance metrics
• Assist in the development and execution of a wide range of digital marketing programs with the primary goal of generating leads and increasing sales

Requirements

What you'll do :

• 1+ years digital marketing experience
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook advertising
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly , collaborate across teams and manage shifting priorities
• Ability to create organized processes and workflows
• Effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through
• Passion & pride in producing quality work and a desire to make a strong impact

Preferred

• Media Agency or Client-Side marketing internship experience
• Experience in marketing communications and content creation
