The Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates, and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines.
Job Requirements / Skills / Experience :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures, and controls
- Proven organizational skills.
- Client contact experience
- Business planning abilities
- Ability to manage, evaluate, develop, and direct staff.
