Are you the Program Director / center manager we're looking for?

Are you ready to excel in a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of skills? As a successful Program Director / Center Manager at YMCA of Reading & Berks County, your Bachelor's degree in human services, recreation, or a related field will be invaluable.

With five or more years of management experience, preferably in a YMCA or nonprofit setting, you are well-equipped to oversee operations effectively.

Utilize your expertise in volunteer development, team supervision, budget monitoring, and program development to drive impactful change within our organization.

Your ability to cultivate collaborations with community organizations will be crucial in fostering a network of support and advancement for our programs.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Bachelors degree in human services recreation business or a related field preferred
• Five or more years of management experience preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency
• Ability to direct assigned operations including volunteer development, supervision of staff, development and monitoring of budgets, marketing and public relations, and program development
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations
