Delivery Driver & Installer Non CDL

Location : Minneapolis, MN; Madison, WI; Eau Claire, WI

Hours : Monday-Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm with some project variation; Occasional evening / weekend overtime

We are seeking Straight / Box Truck Drivers to join our teams in Minneapolis, Madison, and Eau Claire! Were a commercial furniture installation company : our work includes assembly and installation of commercial furniture such as tables, desks, cubicles, cabinets, and shelves for both large and small businesses, typically in an office environment.

Were looking for responsible, dedicated drivers to operate our trucks and assist our installation teams on jobsites.

This position will be a mix of two primary responsibilities : driving a straight truck for deliveries to project sites and assisting with furniture installation at our project sites.

Pay :

• Minneapolis : $18 / hour and Up, Depending on Qualifications
• Madison & Eau Claire : $17 / hour and Up, Depending on Qualifications

Driver / Installer Responsibilities :

• Operates company vehicles by driving to a variety of customer locations for deliveries
• Fulfills all DOT and company requirements for truck inspections, paperwork, and compliance documentation
• Utilizes proper equipment and techniques to load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Collaborates with team members for the most efficient use of time, space, and skills
• Comfortable with a variety of locations and tasks
• Reads blueprints or instructions for assembly and layout guidelines
• Assembles and installs high-quality furniture such as desks, cubicles, shelving, cabinets, technology accessories, etc.

What we need in a new Driver / Installer :

• 2+ Years of Driving Experience with Box / Straight Trucks
• Valid Class D Drivers License and Clean Driving Record for Past 3 Years
• Coachability, Flexibility, Dependability
• Experience working with hand tools (professionally or non-professionally, such as home remodel, assembly, carpentry, construction, etc.)
• Physical abilities : lift up to 50lbs, shift-on-feet, bending / twisting / carrying, etc.
