Position Overview :
We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Digital Style House. This role is perfect for a social media enthusiast who thrives on creating engaging content, managing client relationships, and staying ahead of digital trends.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for social media. You should be able to balance creativity with data-driven decision making, and possess outstanding client relation skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies for up to 8 high-profile clients simultaneously
- Create, schedule, and optimize daily content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Produce engaging visuals (graphics, images) and videos (Reels, TikToks) that align with client brand identities
- Craft compelling copy, including captions and strategic hashtag usage
- Manage community engagement, fostering meaningful interactions with followers
- Implement and monitor paid social campaigns within predetermined budgets
- Conduct thorough analytics and provide monthly performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and growth
- Stay at the forefront of social media trends, providing clients with cutting-edge content inspiration and strategies
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visually appealing content
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
