The Director of Human Resources will be a key leader in shaping our workplace culture and driving employee success. Here is what you will get to do :
Core Responsibilities :
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with our leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead initiatives that promote high performing teams and a positive work environment.
- Drive programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to bring people with a passion for taking care of kids into our family
- Help develop and oversee onboarding and training programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared to succeed.
- Assess and refine HR policies to ensure consistency and fairness
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee records with transparency.
- Champion workplace safety and compliance, creating a secure environment for all
Qualifications :
- 7-10 years in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree and / or PHR or SHRM Certification is a plus!
- Another added plus is Merger & Acquisition experience
