Position Overview :
As a 100% Commission Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and placing top-tier talent for our clients.
This position offers the unique advantage of earning unlimited commissions, with the potential to make up to $50,000 per successful hire.

Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
- Negotiation : Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline, managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Metrics and Reporting : Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on your progress and successes.
Qualifications :
