Position Overview :
As a 100% Commission Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and placing top-tier talent for our clients.
This position offers the unique advantage of earning unlimited commissions, with the potential to make up to $50,000 per successful hire.
You will have the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to leverage your network and expertise to build a lucrative income.
Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
- Negotiation : Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline, managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Metrics and Reporting : Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on your progress and successes.
Qualifications :
- Proven Recruitment Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a successful track record of placing candidates in various industries.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and meet ambitious recruitment targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
- Networking Skills : Established professional network and the ability to expand connections within the industry.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media for sourcing and networking.
Compensation :
This position is 100% commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential. You will earn a commission for each successful placement, with the opportunity to make up to $50,000 per hire.
