Responsibilities
- Schedule technicians for service appointments based on client requests and availability
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, gather necessary information, and address any questions or concerns
- Coordinate with technicians to provide them with detailed job information, including client location, scope of work, and any special requirements
- Monitor and track the progress of each job to ensure technicians are completing their tasks in a timely manner
- Address any delays or issues that arise during the course of a job, such as equipment malfunctions or unexpected circumstances, by providing necessary support and resources
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with technicians throughout the day to address any updates or changes in the schedule
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the completed service and address any additional needs or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, technician assignments, and client interactions for future reference and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing or customer support, to resolve any billing or service-related inquiries from clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to optimize technician utilization and minimize service response times

Job requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a dispatching or related role
- Proficiency in scheduling technicians and coordinating appointments
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional and courteous manner
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with using dispatching software or systems to manage appointments and track technician progress
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle time-sensitive situations
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a job
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
