About The Position
Embrace the rhythm of the night! We are looking for a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join our dynamic team in the heart of Boston.
This full-time position offers a rewarding balance of admissions and patient care with the opportunities for faculty and teaching appointments.
New graduates and H1 visas are encouraged to apply.
Schedule :
- Weekdays : 6 : 45 PM 7 : 00 AM
- Weekends : 6 : 30 AM 7 : 00 AM
- Occasional extended shift until 7 : 30 AM
- One daytime weekend shift : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM (covering 10 patients)
- Average : 12 shifts / month
Patient Load : 4-5 admissions per shift , Cross coverage : 30-40 patients
Team Structure : 9 Nocturnists per night , Sick call backup support
Compensation :
- New graduates : $265,000+
- Salary increases based on years post-residency
- Full benefits package
Requirements :
- MD / DO Degree
- Board Certification / Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
- Hospitalist Experience Preferred but not required.
