We are seeking a Program Coordinator for our team in Albany, New York. The role will focus on overseeing the onboarding process of new program participants, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.
The Program Coordinator will also be tasked with providing continuous support to program participants for the duration of their tenure.

Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and onboarding process for prospective program participants
- Educate newly enrolled program participants on our various programs and services through virtual, phone, or in-person meetings
- Guide program participants through the onboarding process, ensuring the completion of required paperwork, assessments, and program compliance
- Provide resources and education to program participants on recruiting and hiring methods and our proprietary software to enable participants to recruit and hire their own Personal Assistants (PAs)
- Offer support to program participants via phone, email, and in-person, responding to questions regarding PA recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Coordinate program caseload effectively by responding to and tracking the needs of program participants and their PAs in our proprietary software systems
- Assist in aligning the agency's mission to provide and advance community-based support to promote self-direction for seniors, people with disabilities, and their families
- Conduct various administrative tasks to support the team, such as answering phones, filing, copying, scanning, and email
- Maintain confidentiality of records and logs.

- Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role as Program Coordinator
- Demonstrated proficiency in Allscripts and Cerner Technologies
- Must be adept at using computer programs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience with EHR SYSTEM is a must
- Excellent skills in answering inbound calls
- Ability to handle authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions effectively
- Previous experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is desirable.
