We seek an Executive Director to lead one of our communities.
We need someone who thrives on challenges and is committed to exceeding expectations. Your ability to manage existing and new-build openings and rapidly achieve full occupancy will be key to your success.
Key Qualifications :
- Proven Success in New Build Opens and Lease-Ups : You have a history of taking new communities from launch to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Leadership Excellence : You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best.
- Operational Mastery : Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility.
- Strong Relationship Builder : You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required

- Competitive Compensation : $110,000 - $140,000 base salary with up to $40,000+ in bonus potential.

- Drive Occupancy : Focus on achieving and maintaining stabilized occupancy through effective marketing, resident engagement, and exceptional service.
- Promote a Positive Culture : Foster a community environment that reflects our values of care, compassion, and excellence.
- Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with leadership and the greater senior living industry to stay ahead of trends and ensure ongoing success.
