You will utilize your nursing expertise, with a focus on community health education, to devise individualized service plans for patients and their families within their homes and communities.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.\n
• 1-2 years of recent hospice care experience preferred.\n
• Current RN licensure in your state.\n
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle.\n
