Job Summary :

  • This is a Sr. manager position in Technical Marketing and Applications Engineering. Responsibilities include leading the global TME / AE team for products development and validation;
  • working with the marketing team for direct customer engagements, establishing production roadmap and definition, and business strategy;

coordinating with the internal backend team and field team for customer support.

Essential Functions :

  • Lead global TMEs / AE team, strategically expand the team to support business goals and growth.
  • Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers.
  • Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics for AC / DC, DC / DC power conversion topologies, control theories, and debug techniques.
  • Deep understanding of CPU / GPU power architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong leadership.
  • Previous experience in a system or analog / mixed signal IC company desired.
  • MSEE or higher required.

San Jose, CA (preferred). Kirkland, WA.

Compensation :

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons.

The base salary range for this position in California is $185,000 - $230,000.
