Call Center Customer Service Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Call Center based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-established family-owned wholesale distribution center.
Pay Rate
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Call Center Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Reach out via phone and email to assigned accounts regularly to build lasting relationships
- Ensure account and contact information is accurate and up to date
- Assist clients in placing orders and answering questions to ensure a great overall experience
- Inform and suggest new products to current accounts
- Escalate client issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Call Center Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year related experience in call center environment
- Energetic with a positive demeanor
- A team player who collaborates well with others
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Dedicated to improving and developing skills
