JOB SUMMARY :

We seek an experienced Content Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our brand voices and objectives for both B2B and B2C audiences.

This role involves creating, curating, and managing all content to ensure it is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand identities.

TWG includes 16 brands with their social accounts and websites. It will also require presenting relevant data and KPIs to key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brands’ goals and target audiences.
  • Create, edit, and curate high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social, email campaigns, and more.
  • Manage project requests that come into the marketing department to ensure that all content details and deadlines are provided before queuing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, brand, and product teams to ensure content aligns with timelines
  • Manage the HubSpot platform, including email creation, workflows, and list management.
  • Manage Brand Folder to ensure content and assets are cataloged correctly and available.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO
  • Monitor content performance to adjust the strategy to improve reach and engagement.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Review industry, audience, and competitive trends for best practices and continuous improvements.
  • Monthly reporting on site performance, traffic, engagement, e-commerce, and ad performance.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

  • Bachelor’s / 4-year degree required
  • Experience (in a similar position) : 3-5 years
  • Knowledge / Experience / Skills : HubSpot management, Content Management Systems, Knowledge of copyright rules and regulations
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Content Management Systems, and analytics tools
  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, and Asana.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
