Responsibilities
- Membership sales to clients / prospects
- Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention
- Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
- Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
- Plan and participate in lead generation activities
- Participate in studio events and other promotions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the studio
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Flexibility in the hours is required - Some days more shifts are required and some days afternoon / evening shifts will be required

Requirements :
- Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude - frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement
- A love for the fit- ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health / wellness is a plus).
- Must be a self starter and highly motivated
- Must have effective time management skills
- Must have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus
- Must have flexibility in hours- Few Morning hours and Few afternoon / evening hours maybe required
