Start Date : Flexible now through 2026

Specialty : Obstetrics & Gynecology About the Opportunity Join a well-established, physician-led medical group in Central Florida committed to quality patient care and clinical excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for an OB / GYN Physician seeking autonomy, strong compensation, and a path to partnership in a collaborative and supportive environment. The incoming physician will enjoy a full-scope OB / GYN practice with access to modern facilities, a balanced schedule, and strong administrative support that lets you focus on patient care not paperwork. Position Highlights

  • Base Salary : $330,000+
  • Bonus : 25% of Net Income above $660K NPR
  • Commencement Bonus : $20,000
  • Relocation Assistance : $15,000
  • Partnership Eligibility : After 2 years ($30K buy-in includes ASC ownership)
  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
  • Clinic Days : 2 3 days per week
  • Average Volume : patients per day
  • Deliveries : per month
  • Call : 1 : 5 (24-hour shifts with post-call day off)
  • Privileges : Local ASC and hospital affiliations available

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
  • Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal, C-section, and VBAC (when appropriate)
  • Conduct prenatal, postpartum, and routine GYN care visits
  • Perform in-office and surgical procedures
  • Read and interpret ultrasounds and NSTs
  • Perform circumcisions and postpartum rounds
  • Collaborate with other specialists to ensure continuity of care
  • Utilize EMR systems efficiently (Epic or Cerner experience preferred)

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
