Job Summary : The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is responsible for leading all marketing efforts within their assigned state. This includes overseeing the state's marketing budget, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and team recommendations. The role ensures field marketing aligns with sales goals and brand objectives while managing the day-to-day operations of the field team.

The FMM oversees all marketing efforts within the state, including leading the field team, budget management, and aligning marketing strategies with sales goals. The role also has a broader scope and focuses on strategic marketing with an emphasis on leading initiatives and optimizing in-store activations, promotions, and product sell-through rates.

Team Leadership & Management :

• Leads the state's marketing team, providing direction, support, and coaching.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for field team members.
• Oversees HR-related matters, including team development and mentoring.
