Job Description :
- 1. Writing IT IV&V reports;
- 2. Conducting compliance review and assessment of planning, requirements, design, construction, testing, and Project implementation deliverables;
3. Evaluating assigned IT projects to determine application of industry best practices, assess Project risks, and identify recommendations to optimize Project performance; and
4. Verifying products conform to technical and non-technical requirements.
2. In addition to system development and IT IV&V experience requirements, industry certifications are acceptable to ensure that team members have the necessary knowledge.
These certifications may be substituted for years of experience at the discretion of OFR.
The Contractor shall provide a candidate with the following minimum qualifications :
- 1) Experience providing IV&V services to a governmental entity during the implementation of a large, complex regulatory system or similar information technology project;
- 2) Experience developing and supporting validation and verification monitoring processes, tools, templates, and methodologies that establish consistency and produce value in the delivery of IV&V services;
- 3) Demonstrable experience in conducting IV&V services to provide value-added assessments throughout the lifecycle of a project;
- 4) Experience with industry standard best practices and methodologies in risk and issue analysis and management;
- 5) Knowledge of State and Federal laws applicable for the implementation of regulatory licensing systems;
6) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff; and
7) Knowledge and experience in effective team building, collaboration and communication among multiple parties and organizations.
