Providence St. Luke’s Outpatient Therapy Clinic is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist with interest and expertise in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Work Conditioning / Work Hardening to join our team.
We are seeking therapists with unique skills sets and our priority is to hire therapists who are committed to teamwork and making an impact.
Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the PT (Physical Therapy) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
The PT Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, rehab nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients.

Required Qualifications :
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Washington Physical Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Physical Therapy experience
