The Client & Channel Strategy organization is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our business development efforts to run effectively and efficiently.
This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to shape, build and execute our global Client & Channel Strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the organization.
Together with the current Client & Channel Strategy team, you’ll be actively contributing to our client strategy, making a significant impact on our business, and being a key part of driving our growth plans.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our Marketing, Business leaders and Sales teams to support developing the client strategy and materials to get our message into the market.
As a Senior Associate, Client & Channel Strategy you will be responsible for leading, executing, and scaling business development planning and operational processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (e.
g., business leaders, sales teams, and marketing). This individual will also closely partner with sales and commercial operations leaders to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, and sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day operational, analytical and strategic support for Client & Channel Strategy lead.
- Work with Client & Channel Strategy lead to develop and refresh business development & marketing strategy for each business line.
- Advise senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to develop client-facing sales collateral.
- Together with the marketing team, design client-facing, account-based content for the sales teams, including pitch decks, email templates and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop client presentations. Track client account plans and results in collaboration with business leaders.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3-5 years in management consulting, marketing strategy, business development / go-to-market, corporate development, investment banking / equity research, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively to build relationships with team members of all levels.
- Ability to understand complex concepts, think strategically about how information is organized and communicated, and translate ideas effectively.
- PowerPoint wizard that excels in creating compelling, concise, beautifully designed presentations that draw the audience in through storytelling and captivating visuals.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
