Key Responsibilities :
- Reviews, evaluates, and adjudicates reports of investigation, personnel files, and other records.
- Take appropriate action to address areas of concern and to manage case through to completion of entire process.
- Coordinate with staff and persons internal and external to the agency to carry out the security activities.
- Utilize advance communication skills.
- Research personnel security information using advance technology as applicable.
- Analyze data, and apply law, regulation, policy, and procedures commensurate with established requirements and with fair concern for equality and detail.
- Reviews and compares personnel security vetting forms in the intake process for completeness, accuracy, and request additional information.

Benefits :The Person
- Clearance Preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma.
- 3 years of experience in Personnel Security (PERSEC).
- 3 years of experience in Background Investigation.
- Experience in Adjudication is preferred but will train.
- Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Written and oral communications skills commensurate with position.
Will also look at :
- 3 years of Standard Security Technical, Physical, Information, Industrial, Personnel, Operational Along with 1 year of Personnel Security (PERSEC).
- Experience with HSPD-12.
