Physical Therapist
Part-time or PRN
Location : Peoria, IL 61601
Overview :
A growing organization is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Peoria area of IL . This part-time or PRN position involves providing outpatient therapy within home-based settings, focusing on the geriatric population .
All services are billed as Medicare Part B . The ideal candidate must be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week and 3 weekdays .

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide community-based outpatient services to homes and Senior Living Communities.
- Deliver one-on-one direct patient care with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a balanced mix of patients.

Compensation :
This salaried position includes a generous benefits package and opportunities for overtime pay .
Job Requirements :
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligibility for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week .Regular and consistent availability is required, including 3 weekdays .
- Some prior experience is required; this position is not open to new graduates .
