As an Entry Level Junior Executive Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and representing those needs within the organization.
This role involves direct sales interactions with customers and requires the candidate to undergo an intensive learning program to develop essential skills and product knowledge.
Responsibilities : Act as the main communication channel for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and maintaining quality standards.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development. Possess a comprehensive understanding of company services and effectively communicate them to clients.
Participate in marketing and sales training activities, including field visits, sales training implementation, and customer education.
